The goal of this Innosuisse Innovation Cheque project (76049.1 INNO-ENG) is to develop and test single-use molds for the manufacturing of collagen meshes for tissue repair.
Regenosca’s TissueSpan technology enhances soft tissue healing using specialized collagen meshes that support tissue repair and act as protective barriers. To scale production efficiently and sustainably, Regenosca plans to replace reusable steel molds with single-use plastic ones. This change reduces contamination risk, eliminates the need for energy-intensive cleaning, and allows more flexible, faster manufacturing of various mesh shapes and sizes.
As part of this Innosuisse Innovation Cheque project, an initial proof of concept will be developed.
